This September we're launching the puppy handover — the breeder's care instructions become a digital puppy guide for the owner, and reminders and documents travel with the puppy to its new home digitally, right in the owner's pocket.
We're now looking for pilot breeders with a litter arriving during autumn 2026 — you'll be among the first to test the handover, give feedback and shape what it becomes. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch.
Connau began with Emma.
Emma is a cocker spaniel puppy who moved in with our founder Päivi last winter — from Kennel Benchmark, run by co-founder Sami Finnig's family. She came home with her breeder's health records, feeding instructions and advice, and over the years her life fills with memories, milestones and important information.
But none of it lives in one place. Emma's story becomes fragmented: the breeder holds the beginning, the owner's memories scatter across devices, and the vet sees only pieces of the health history.
And Emma isn't unique — most dogs' lives are scattered across emails, chat threads and paper folders. That's why we're building Connau — and testing it every day with Emma.
